Jeff joined Savage & Associates in February of 2004. Since then, his interest in the employee benefits marketplace has evolved into a passion to serve small and medium-sized businesses in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan by designing and implementing employee benefits plans that are beneficial to both employers and employees.
To achieve a cost-effective and beneficial benefits program, Jeff insists on effective communication with his individual clients, their employees, and trusted business advisors. With Savage Benefits Group’s strong carrier and third party administration (TPA) relationships, human resources consulting services, and various cutting edge online resources, our clients can be assured that no consideration will go unexplored in designing a comprehensive benefits program tailored to their unique considerations and requirements. In particular, Jeff specializes in helping business clients with:

Jeff’s commitment to providing the highest level of service and competency to his clients is exemplified by his pursuit of the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS®) designation. CEBS® is co-sponsored by the Wharton School of Business and is one of the most respected credentials in this field.
Education
Jeff graduated from Cardinal Stritch High School in Oregon, Ohio. He attended Bowling Green State University before transferring to The University of Findlay. Jeff graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a BS in Business Management. Since then he earned and currently holds Ohio and Michigan Life/Health licenses, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 66 licenses, and The American College Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation.
Personal
Jeff resides in Toledo, Ohio with his wife, Alison, and daughter, Anna. Jeff is a graduate of Leadership Toledo and as a result continues to demonstrate his commitment to the community through his involvement numerous not-for-profits. His hobbies include boating at Devil’s Lake in Addison, Michigan and gardening, when time permits.
