Toledo's First Name in Financial Services Before John Savage entered the insurance business, he was a teacher. When he and his younger brother Bob founded the small business which grew into Savage & Associates, Inc., John continued to teach the young agents who joined them about business, life, and how to serve their customers. Prior to his death from Leukemia in 1993, one of John’s core teachings was that business goes where it’s invited and remains where it’s appreciated.
